Off The Grille BBQ and Soulfood

Oh Wow what a fantastic find, open 3 years now in a strip mall on Eureka. Actually never seen the sign hundreds of times driving past it. Marvelous Southern Deep Fried Cornmeal Breaded Catfish OMG, dinner comes with two sides and cornbread muffin. I choose Mac n Cheese with Collar Greens cooked with Smoked Turkey, it's truly delicious sides. I'll be back to try much more, 17 for the dinner a fair price. I drove to a park in Southgate to find a picnic table to enjoy the meal. First time visit: smothered turkey chops - tender, seasoned perfectly; macaroni and cheese (perfect) and the greens (no pork - turkey meat) were awesome - not mushy - seasoned without being too much. Definitely will go back again

Delicious. Very yummy food big portions for a great price. First time here and definitely was impressed. Can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu.

This was my first time ordering food and the gentleman that was taking my order was very helpful and kind. He answered all my questions and even let me sample something on the menu. I will be back with my friends and co workers!!!

When I googled soul food near me and Off The Grille popped up, I didn’t know just how good the food would be. The gentleman that worked the counter was very kind and welcoming. The Collard Greens stood out to my wife and I. They were absolutely delicious. Overall, a great meal from a little restaurant nestled into the strip.

Food tasted as expected. VERY GOOD... What I think I like the most is the fish is fried to order... All my sides were piping hot when received, just like at home

I had an enjoyed the baby back ribs. They were tender and the sauce was delicious. The sides I tried were good , the dressing , Mac and cheese and the greens were all delicious. Will be back in the near future and the staff was friendly.
